How's everything going and where can I find enough skin for half of a human child about 11 or 12 years old.

I'm well aware she remembers, obviously. It's more that for anyone who wasn't at least... shall we say, resistant to how reality corrects itself and high-grade Illusion Magic, such an origin may as well have not existed. I can see the hole in reality where Kamala's origins were but I can't recall the details, for example. And that's with a notable resistance to both the Warp's effects and my cousin's magic reality-stitching.

I wouldn't be opposed, certainly - I guess being a member of Hyperborea does have some benefits with regards to a consistent memory in that regard.

Making your own Signer Dragon... well, I guess if it would be anyone who could do it, it would be Hyperborea... But I do think there might be considerable risks involved. I don't really know how the Crimson Dragon works as well as I'd like, though.

What do you need my help with, Empress Setsu? OOPARTS is, as you're well aware, concerned with making sure we preserve stability, primarily here in Domino but as a larger extension of the world.

If there are plans to help my Niece, I obviously don't mind lending a hand, as I'll do whatever I can in my power to make sure she gets to live a normal life up to when she's ready to accept whatever greater powers and responsibilities have been thrust upon her.

I also, well. Am clearly one of my cousin's more trusted shoulders to tap in these matters.

If that's communicating with other factions, I can do that. If it's lending a hand in either devising strategies, implementing any technologies that might help, or being able to lend an ear and argue the point of whether something will cause too many knock-on effects to society at large.

I believe you mostly wanted to figure out where we stand on that, in terms of communication, but correct me if I'm wrong.

Besides the subjects broached. I would like to note Lady Da Eiza and I now have a controlling interest in B.E.A.S.T. along with other partners. Also, I am planning to become a proper citizen of Domino along with my child. Or at least owned residence.

And if you could help Hyperborea with our efforts here and at home, as we might need them, we'd appreciate it, since you are on good terms with my father, the retired Emperor.

Fair is fair. I don't think you'll attempt anything nefarious. Though I would like to be able to give input if anything would cross into my usual spheres of influence, if that's alright with you.

I'll certainly vouch for you and your daughter, Setsu, if you need any sort of references. As far as B.E.A.S.T., I believe that means we'll be seeing more of each other, as Mayor Kouji is trying to consolidate B.E.A.S.T., OOPARTS, and others into a unified 'Public Security Sector' and is expecting me to be one of the leaders in that.

I consider you a friend, if not a close one, and your father Mobius never gave me reason to believe I was anything but welcome in Hyperborea. If you need my talents, you need only let me know, Setsu, and I'll do my best to assist.

Ah? Public Sector Security or something? I believe the idea last I heard was to make sure that B.E.A.S.T. has a proper liaison to Domino, now that there is a kingdom here, ruled by Duel Spirit royalty. Two even.

And Daughter? You're so cute. No. They're non-binary, assigned male at birth. Which brings up the fact of their name that we'll get to in a moment. It's the most dangerous name in the world.
