How's everything going and where can I find enough skin for half of a human child about 11 or 12 years old.

A laundry list unfortunately, hopefully most of it can be resolved by talking and understanding.

If it's something that can be resolved by talking and understanding, you of course have my ear - it's been very eventful since Halloween, as I suspect you've already been briefed.

Let's go through it item by item. If we could start with how you contributed to things on Halloween just so all my notes are caught up with yours, and then we can move into whatever issues are greatest priority and work our way down.

We developed the bracelet that's responsible for why my child's half-sister isn't a dark goddess with a mean girl personality.

Also, my dear child may have pushed Kamala to godhood so they'd have a queen to marry.

But, okay, yes, the bracelet. Noriko briefed me a bit on it, so I know the very basics - it's acting as a sort of focus that's pinning specifically her Signer powers to her, which is what's keeping that whole knot together, right?

Correct. It's binding the power of the Ancient Fairy Signer and the Crimson Dragon's mark to the Crimson Devil's Dark Signer Mark, the Fae Royal Jelly, and the unusually high psychic energy she got touched by from being born and raised in The Warp. Or a Warp adjacent space.

Yes. I've done some research on that last part but it's uh. Very strictly a 'no one really remembers it, as it was written out of reality' sort of thing.

And as I understand it, the bracelet's seal is weakening, due to, I assume, the strain of keeping all that in check.

It's straining against the Crimson Dragon. It's designed to pin it down. But there's only so much we can do with a god made from human emotions and wishes and special particles.

And The Warp? You know its deeper parts as The Ettosyleit. But Kamala lived on the shore of it. But I remember. And she remembers.

I'm well aware she remembers, obviously. It's more that for anyone who wasn't at least... shall we say, resistant to how reality corrects itself and high-grade Illusion Magic, such an origin may as well have not existed. I can see the hole in reality where Kamala's origins were but I can't recall the details, for example. And that's with a notable resistance to both the Warp's effects and my cousin's magic reality-stitching.

But I believe we're getting off topic - how can I help with the bracelet?

I could tell you sometime, but.

We're looking for something more permanent than the Bracelet.

Between creating our own Signer Dragon or finding a world to not only heal ours, as is Wakahisa's goal, but to help little Abraxia and my own people.

I wouldn't be opposed, certainly - I guess being a member of Hyperborea does have some benefits with regards to a consistent memory in that regard.

...You might have to run that by me in greater detail. 'Cuz is trying to create her own Signer Dragon, or find a world to heal... yours?

Yes. It even carries across timelines.

I and my child are the ones making one.

And Noriko's trying to find a world. We're still fundamentally tied to The Light of Destruction.

Ah, so a world that severs you from the Light of Destruction. I see.

Making your own Signer Dragon... well, I guess if it would be anyone who could do it, it would be Hyperborea... But I do think there might be considerable risks involved. I don't really know how the Crimson Dragon works as well as I'd like, though.

I would hope this doesn't disrupt anything, but...

The idea is to disrupt EVERYTHING. Why else would we decide to work with The Crimson Extinction.

I mean, sure, I'm just making sure the plan to disrupt everything doesn't result in, well.

Widespread catastrophe. Covering my own bases as part of my duty. I'm sure you understand.

Realistically, I want to help so that I can be prepared to minimize any risks that might result of this. Not that I think you're intentionally going to cause problems, but.

Well, we plan to cause problems but eggs need to be cracked.

But the basic issue regarding your niece and she was technically a daughter of the same Harem I was in, so my daughter, I suppose. Is we need something to other keep the Crimson Dragon on a leash or to replace the Signer mark.

But I believe you're aware of the fact the Crimson Dragon will consider her and your cousin Kill on Sight now.

Right, I'm just trying to make sure no more eggs get cracked than necessary. You understand.

I am aware, yes. Owing largely to the fact that we are exiting a strictly human-centric age and more of an age where spirits and humans are both equal weight in driving society. Which is largely sees as a threat because its mission is to protect humanity.

Basically a 0th Law problem but it's a big dumb god.

I plan to crack as many eggs as it takes.

Though, yes. Even though Lady Da Eiza, Lady Hirume and myself are fairly benign to humanity. Superior, but we don't see that as a reason to hurt you.

And something like that, yes. And it will turn her into the villain it wants her to be to justify her own destruction.

And I plan to make sure that 'as many as it takes' isn't too many. That is, unfortunately, my job both on the micro and macro level.

Right, yes. So ultimately, where do I factor into this narrative? Beyond being appraised of the finer details. Do you need an engineer's hand? I think I technically qualify as one of the most knowledgable sources of Warp-interfacing technologies if you aren't planning to go to Barian Island.

Factor into what, I've lost track of the conversation, and I'm currently arguing with my kid over a mental comm link that no, I'm not giving them rocket legs.

Hrm. Let's circle back to the main matters, then.

What do you need my help with, Empress Setsu? OOPARTS is, as you're well aware, concerned with making sure we preserve stability, primarily here in Domino but as a larger extension of the world.

If there are plans to help my Niece, I obviously don't mind lending a hand, as I'll do whatever I can in my power to make sure she gets to live a normal life up to when she's ready to accept whatever greater powers and responsibilities have been thrust upon her.

I also, well. Am clearly one of my cousin's more trusted shoulders to tap in these matters.

If that's communicating with other factions, I can do that. If it's lending a hand in either devising strategies, implementing any technologies that might help, or being able to lend an ear and argue the point of whether something will cause too many knock-on effects to society at large.

I believe you mostly wanted to figure out where we stand on that, in terms of communication, but correct me if I'm wrong.
